This amazing coffee a micro-lot from the Central Valley region in Costa Rica. It is grown 1600m above sea level and is Honey Processed.

Interestingly the variety of Arabica is called Villa Sarchi, which was developed by mixing the genetics from a Robusta Variety and a Bourbon. Then it mutated twice to develop this unique and rare variety.

Roaster Dan’s notes: This has been such a tasty coffee. This is what we serve whenever someone orders black coffee in our shops a the moment. Even as a flat white those berry notes shine through to make this a fantastic choice for an all rounder coffee.
